Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using GameHaptic ("the Software"), supplied by Sync Inc Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the software.

Sync Inc Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use GameHaptic on one machine per active licence. The GameHaptic licence may be transferred between machines up to twice per calendar month via the in-app deactivation flow. Licences are non-transferable between users.

GameHaptic includes a 7-day free trial with full functionality, tied to a machine ID. No credit card or account is required.

GameHaptic requires a compatible Logitech haptic mouse (such as the MX Master 4 or G Pro X2 Superlight), Logi Options+ software installed, and Windows 10 or later, or macOS 10.15 or later. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchase.

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Circumvent the licence or trial system (including tampering with local usage files)
• Share your licence key with others or allow third-party access
• Redistribute, rent, lease, lend, or resell the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use GameHaptic for any illegal purpose
• Use GameHaptic in violation of any applicable game's Terms of Service

GameHaptic intercepts system-level keyboard and mouse input to deliver haptic feedback. While the software does not modify game files or inject into game processes, some games may use anti-cheat systems that may flag, restrict, or ban accounts based on the presence of input-interception software. You use GameHaptic in online or multiplayer games entirely at your own risk. Sync Inc Ltd accepts no liability for game bans, account suspensions, loss of in-game items or progress, or any action taken by a game publisher or anti-cheat provider arising from your use of GameHaptic. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with any game before use.

Your licence provides access to GameHaptic and its updates for as long as the product is actively maintained and supported. We reserve the right to discontinue support for GameHaptic at our discretion. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable advance notice. No refunds will be issued upon discontinuation, as your licence fee covers access during the product's supported lifetime and not a guaranteed perpetual service period.

GameHaptic interfaces with Logi Options+ via the Logitech SDK. GameHaptic is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Logitech or any of its affiliates. Logitech, MX Master 4™, G Pro X2 Superstrike™, and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to Logitech or its products is solely to describe compatibility and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement. Logitech has no responsibility for GameHaptic, its functionality, or any issues arising from its use. Use of Logi Options+ is governed by Logitech's own terms.

GameHaptic, including all software, code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sync Inc Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property except the limited licence to use the software as described herein.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameHaptic. By using the software, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Your use of GameHaptic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. GameHaptic does not require an account and processes minimal data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

By purchasing GameHaptic, you agree to receive marketing communications from us, including promotional emails and product updates. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@syncincltd.com. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send important transactional emails related to your purchase or licence.

GameHaptic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that haptic behaviour will match any specific expectation. Use is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sync Inc Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of GameHaptic shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Sync Inc Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or game accounts, arising from use of or inability to use GameHaptic. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your licence immediately and without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of GameHaptic and delete all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable law.

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@syncincltd.com with your licence key. After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GameHaptic after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sync Inc Ltd regarding GameHaptic and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
