Frequently Asked Questions
Which mouse does GameHaptic support?
GameHaptic works with any Logitech haptic mouse, including the MX Master 4 and G Pro X2 Superstrike. It communicates with the mouse via the Logi Options+ plugin and Logitech SDK.
Does it work with every game?
Yes. GameHaptic intercepts input at the OS level - it does not modify game files or inject into processes. Any game that accepts keyboard/mouse input on Windows or Mac will work.
Will it add input lag?
No. GameHaptic intercepts input without modifying game files or adding input lag - your controls feel exactly the same.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
After the trial ends, haptic feedback is disabled until you purchase a GameHaptic licence.
Can I transfer my license between machines?
GameHaptic licences are hardware-bound to one machine. You can transfer to a new machine up to twice per month via the app - it will prompt you to remotely deactivate the old device.
Does GameHaptic require an internet connection?
GameHaptic checks your licence status on launch and periodically while running. If you have no internet connection, it will continue working for up to 48 hours using a locally cached licence state. Haptic profiles and logic all run fully offline.
Is GameHaptic affiliated with Logitech?
No. GameHaptic is an independent product made by Sync Inc Ltd. Logitech, MX Master, and G Pro X2 Superstrike are trademarks of Logitech Inc. GameHaptic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Logitech.
